It Takes One. One donation, one gift of time, one act of kindness. Multiplied.
I was homeless after my wife died. I came to Veterans Inc. for shelter and MVN for other assistance. MVN provided gas cards to allow me to get to my doctors appointments which was critical as I just had a stroke. MVN also provide me with food cars and other assistance to survive. I will be forever thankful for the support MVN provided to get me back on my feet.

Whether you choose to be a volunteer, an advocate or donor, your investment in MVN will never lose its value. That’s because every dollar and every hour is put to work to help a veteran move out of crisis.
Our pledge to you is that we will use your contributions ethically, efficiently, and equitably.
Hello Sir,
I hope your day is going well. I wanted to take a moment to express my appreciation to you and to Maine Veterans in Need. The support you provide to veterans across Maine, men and women who have served our Country and are now facing difficult circumstances, is invaluable.
It is difficult to find words that fully express how truly grateful I am for organizations like Maine Veterans in Need and for individuals like yourself. The resources that you and your organization provide are making a real difference. Although I can’t speak specifically in regard to statistics, it is clear to me that your group’s work is most likely saving lives on a regular basis.
On a personal note, I want to thank you for everything you are doing to help Anthony. Your compassion, dedication, and genuine concern are evident. I know that Tony has a long journey ahead of him, but it brings me peace of mind to know he has someone who genuinely cares looking out for him, and I am deeply grateful for that.
Thank you once again for your tireless commitment. The difference you make in the lives of veterans is profound, and I am deeply grateful for your compassion and dedication.
Sincerely,
Matthew Belanger
